Please pre-arrange with us if you're picking your bike up on Monday. Bikes may be moved if required.

BIKE PLACEMENT:
Once the show opens on Saturday, you are unable to start up or move your bike until the event ends on Sunday. Staff will direct you when it’s safe to do so.
ENTRY:
Please enter the venue through the main gate, unload if required in the allocated car park and take your bike through to the Show Setup Registration. Please ask event staff if you have any questions about where to go.
REGISTRATION/BIKE COLLECTION:
Upon registration you will be given a ‘Vote For’ sticker which will be attached to the front of your bike to assist the public to vote for ‘People’s Choice’ award, as well as one weekend pass which will have the same number attached to its rear. DO NOT LOOSE THIS PASS as it is used to quickly associate owner with bike at pack out. If you don’t have this you will have to provide identification for you to be able to take your bike out. If someone else has it they will be able to take your bike! This system works very well so please treat your ticket with the care and security your bike deserves.
JUDGING:
All judging is done on Friday night. If you wish to be judged, your bike needs to be in place by 7pm! If you don’t make the initial Show Setup, you will miss out on being judged. If you have a display board, make sure it's also in place before 9pm Friday or you will miss out on those points.
EVENT PASS:
1 weekend pass is allocated for free per entrant. This will get you into the show for both days. Extra passes can be purchased at the door over the weekend.
PARKING:
All car parking inside the venue is paid and monitored directly through Auckland Showgrounds. There are no complimentary parking tickets with your individual or club show entry. If you do not want to pay for parking, we recommend using the free roadside parking nearby on Puriri Drive.
RIDE & SHINE:
If you’re attending any show days on a bike that isn’t part of the show, or have extra club members, friends or family riding along, we encourage you all to be part of the “Ride ‘n’ Shine”. The front alley way is dedicated entirely to bikes and is free to park up and display your bikes. Please note, Event Passes are only allocated to registered indoor show entrants.
PATCHES:
While we love to see you represent your club or brand, but this is a family show so leave your gang patches at home. Please don't be offended if you are asked to remove your gang jackets/vests or turn them inside out by security.
